Opps... Shopee ate my voucher. Tried to buy something but choose the wrong payment. After canceling, voucher still shown used.

i just got the PBB RM288 voucher and wanted to use on Shoppee website.  After i added the voucher and selected items i wanted to buy, it just shown 'voucher not valid for this checkout'.  I changed to other items redirected by the voucher code error message still cannot utilise the voucher. 

I must say that Shoppee is really lousy, really a waste of time.  I called their customer service and selected English, in the end still spoke to me in Malay.  Already told the CS my hp number for verification still wanted to ask me what number i used to buy bla bla bla, plain stupid since i have already told her my number. 

I also don't understand why PBB wants to partner with such lousy website for their promotion.  I just want to redeem a simple voucher also have to go through so much hassle.

Shoper app also full of bugs unlike lasapda which less bug… for e.g. I always face stuck to verify credit card moss code page… always have to log out n log back in to solve this

May I ask , shopee change to ipay88 and deduct RM1 but I don't see they give back to rm1 within 7 days? it doesn't show at the payment history or account history list.

i'm buying a RM25 item. As usual, shopee charge me shipping fee of approx RM5. I apply a free shipping voucher. Shopee only deduct RM2. Why? I cancel the purchase and now it says I have reach the daily limit of using voucher. WTF

Want to ask regarding this Digi rewards for Shopee purchase.. 1 Digi no is allowed to redeem/purchase 1 reward monthly.. So if I use a different Digi no to buy the reward, can I apply both promo codes from 2 different no under 1 Shopee account?

And where can we check the status if the China seller is using standard express to ship the item?

iinm now shopee will only show Poslaju tracking, so for China local tracking u still need to ask directly from seller.
different platform has different issue.

Previously I bought an item from another China seller using standard express - LWE whereby I could track the status even shipment status in China - d tracking code is just numbers. The one I recently bought had a different tracking no starts with MY---------(nos)'alphabet' 😅 I couldn't track the status except referring to status update in Shopee..

shopee getting stingy with their free shipping voucher again..
this month only received 4 free shipping voucher
