Order on 7.7. Delivery started on 9 July n Poslaju updated till 11 Jul only. What's Poslaju doing? Even during MCO period for update. Pos lambat...

You can click "tnc" at the bottom right of the claimed voucher to read.

Next time do check during payment method selected. Voucher may not selected if you go into select credit card option. You need to re-select again.
Besides that, after payment, immediately go back and check if the voucher been captured. If not, cancel the order and redo. Take time from China usually easily more than one week to update status. It look normal to me.

Seller can cancel any order they like even not give your excuse.

The seller still can reject your return because it is buyer fault ordered wrong items which doesn't meet any of the listed reasons for return. "Change of Mind return policy is applicable only to certain categories and restricted to certain sellers only."

Do complain to Shopee CS. Asked them what's wrong if anything good. I did the same previously.

If me I will keep fighting for my right and ask what logic of it if I bought more than 10 itesm and happy with all of them. Somemore you upload the photo of each items differently. System is system can't flexible but human must be able to flexible to justify the issues.

Yes I tried to verify your statement. What you said is 100% correct. Actually stated very clearly that above RM40 to entitled free delivery.

Didn't buy much on 12.12. If wanna use credit card offer, unable to use free delivery due to only applicable thru Shopee Pay. Some end up bought from same official store but at Lazada which gave RM8 free delivery n with same Credit card offer.

My 7/12 order from China was transferred by Shopee Express from Shah Alam DC to Nusajaya Hub on 14 December. My delivery address is Shah Alam. First time encountered this problem. Online chat with Shopee and was told they will highlighted it to Shopee Express team. Sigh first time happened.

Look at the delivery info if stated min RM15 purchase for free delivery or discount of delivery fee.
