Bought an items from lelong.store who is preferred seller in shopee today morning. After applied coupons n offseted with my coins, final paid RM64 (original price is RM84). The seller msg me n ask me to cancelled the order. Reason given is warehouse mistaken n out of stock. I immediately told him that why got such mistakes. And without waiting I cancelled. I found out the seller still put the item to sell but block me.

Weird seller.... And read his replies to his buyers also, he won't give face if rating low. Look like everyone owed to him. Luckily I cancelled the order even it's the cheapest in shopee but zero sold unit. Rating 4.9 of 5.

Worst of the seller just block you till you no chance to give rating to him only. That's why his rating very good. Maybe I'm unlucky. Frankly speaking now I still wonder why he said mistaken made sure to out of stock. Now stock still show 1. He shall indicate it sold out.

Felt that he kind of person no patience n temper no good based on his reply to any buyer comments on his after sale review from packaging, delay shipment etc. He just don't care if pple don't buy from him.

You are right after I read this. I initially reluctant to cancel and told the seller it was not my fault n during order, stock level more than one at least. He replied that I have no choice to cancel since he no stock to offer n no use to complain to him. I don't wanna waste time to argue further with him n agreed to cancel.

I'm at loss side somemore the coupon coin rebate used once cannot reapply again.

After this incident, my experience to purchase from those non preferred seller which usually smaller seller is far better. I do go back to deal with them again.

Those this use office address, Shopee express will hold till 1 April only deliver. If home address, Shopee express will deliver as usual. This is what was told by the customer service.

Full or partial free delivery vouchers can't apply even entitled. Anyone facing the same issue? My latest purchase was yesterday and its more than 24 hours.

*I found out that vouchers only applicable to Shopee mall sellers even though some stated purchase more than RM30 or RM40 you need to have voucher to apply.*

I called up Shopee Express to change my office address to home address. For my case, it can be done since both under same "Shah Alam" areas even it not close to. Delivery will be made within 3 days.

Yes shipment as usual. For shopee express if not other delivery company option, they will keep at respective shopee delivery hub till 1 April 2020 for office address.

Poslaju no issue at all home & office address they also deliver on time to me.

I think it may due to your location. My one is poslaju and delivery to my office address on next day after order made.

My one changed from 40400 to 40170 thru Shopee express phone call yesterday. Nothing update in the system yet now. Hope they really work into it. Lol

Shopee shipment is estimated only. Last Friday I ordered one item also, system show delivered from 7th April but Poslaju collected on that day and delivered to me on this Friday.
