Logistics not very slow but almost none. Since not urgent, buy after CNY.

I got latest shopee app and I can see this product purchase history from app. Same go to website.

Purchased a item from Penang Seller yesterday. The Seller send me photo of the parcel info and informed me at 4.42pm that Shopee Express just pickup the item. When I checked thru Shopee app/Shopee Express link, time picked up [Shah Alam DC] was 4.33pm. 6 27pm - [Shah Alam DC] Your parcel has been received by sorting center.
Shopee Express new tracking system? Penang to Shah Alam less than 3 hours? First time encountered this. The Seller is definitely in Penang and it is 5 stars rating Seller and stock direct from their own factory. |

Yes tried before on those daily RM0 free delivery released at 12pm or 8pm. Today morning 12 to 2am note due applicable. Just try your luck. Top up your Shopee pay and get ready to buy within seconds before all vouchers gone.

Since you don't see that refund meant in the process. Read the refund term and condition. It stated how long it take to process. Your Shopee coins will refund too. Don't expect it immediately.

Not really. Other courier companies besides Shopee Express do it so especially weekend.

Don't think there is option you can cancel. Only return/refund after your received. And you can't simply ask for refund on certain items unless spoil etc.

Why you want to see our used vouchers? Everyone got difference tactics. Just make sure your shopee pay got sufficient fund and immediately pay within 0 seconds as possible. The returned is due to faulty of the item. Delivery date should not be the issued in the argument. Fight for your right.

Wait for seller response. If they offer you replacement unit, you only decide from there. If it is official store and got good reviews then nothing to worry, if it is some other 3rd party seller then you may end up in further dispute.
