I managed to get both 9am and 12pm, less than 10 seconds to exercise the voucher and complete the payment.

Maybe your clock is a few seconds late, try a few rounds then adjust your timing.

Quantum MasterCard only (not Visa).
You can use QM to top up ShopeePay (online rebate 5% capped at RM600/month) instead of Shopee. You get more rewards/coins from Shopee if you use ShopeePay.

Successfully placed my 16th order (all not more than RM30) at 12:00:00 pm. rclxm9.gif
I had received 8 orders so far and some of the coins were already used for new orders.
Worst case, I will use the coins to pay bills or buy Petronas Giftcard or Setel (when available).

Not many people can have free petrol, free parking, as they are cost-free to you.

And, most of my orders I apply discount/cashback vouchers (mostly >10% discount/cashback), and buy at Shopee Mall or Preferred Stores only (where I can use Shopee Coins to offset 25% of order value).

I don't think RM3.70 was the "list price".
The "after discount" price is changing from time to time.
