Shope pay option at payment also gone.1 hour already 1am still not fix ? all free shipping and shop voucher also gone.I wonder why you guys still can buy ? refresh many times already.
I really don't know why , also 3 years shope pay but not even once improve , more over it's just monthly sales , not like 11.11.

I think , will switch to laz next time.Even a bit expensive at lease it's better than $ stuck inside shope pay.

Both of you just use free shipping and no other cashback coin voucher ? That is a waste.

Just fix 5 minutes ago.Now can use but all shop voucher rm5 no min spend gone.The free shipping expired at 1am gone also.Useless , don't do sales if your payment can't even support normal monthly sales.

I still remember someone said shope going to expend their shope pay payment to other merchant like Tesco/lotus and other 7-11 store wallet.
This simple sales also cannot handle , don't even mention going to do nation wide wallet.

Nothing had improve for 3 years but improve on

- Force buyer to use shope pay for free shipping and voucher
- Only preferred can use voucher or deduct coins
- Seller must join free shipping program and 10% cashback for buyer to use voucher
- Increase fee and tax into Seller

- Reduce monthly preferred free shipping to 1
- Cannot select shipping anymore starting 17th or 2 weeks

What else I miss ? Going to switch to laz better.Soon shope will go down the road where seller and buyer lose and lock all your shope pay $.

Time to plan how to get use of laz again.

Both almost the same.If you dispute before on shope , they will ask you to go through buyer.During the process will take a week and the order already successfully completed.The successful rate laz 60-70% vs shope 40-50%.There is another factor too which depends on luck on which CS assign for your case.
It is not my own preference , shope sea asia keep on expending and even their share growth up over 100% but shope being more stingy than before.

From months to months everything reduce.A lot of us know how much they reduce their discount.

Shope most wellknown on free shipping but now you can see only 1 free shipping given by shope pay. Have to wait for sales day but sales last night free shipping can't be use and most shop own given voucher + discount limited until 1am-2am all miss out.Some product sold out too.
Then suddenly announce can't choose shipping.I don't know what else their will do next.Maybe even limit buyer in future or price increase.

If shope can't handle a simple monthly sales system then better do weekly sales to divide the high sales volume on shope pay.

As for now shope or laz but i found out this new pgmall+jd.com e-commerce may have potential in future.
Both laz and shope for refund is almost the same.Now all will refund to wallet if use wallet to buy but if you are not using wallet to buy laz will refund back to bank.

If like this , everyone who wanted to buy will have a random pick on delivery except chatting with seller which courier they use.

Now there is no other platform except laz which always no stock , maybe during fmco.

1. Also , do you think buying from multiple seller with multiple different courier assign and come with different timing for every item bought is Fun to wait at front gate or go down 10 stories apartment lift to pick up the item from different courier during this covid fmco ?

2. Please , shope , at lease display the seller is using certain courier service , do you know some courier service in certain area done by partime worker positive with Covid ?.Those part timer didn't cover by company for covid test.
Do you want the courier with positive Covid deliver your item to you and you are expose with risk ?

3. Just let us know which courier service seller going to use for our area even if you don't allow us to choose.We can avoid seller and choose the same item and different seller who deliver with our courier preference and this avoid any asymptomatic covid parttimer if possible in our area.

Nope , I tested at 1 and 2nd of July and fully redeem at 12am and I tried to claim first at 12pm when check out also finish.
Now the other cart item that I want to buy also sold out at monday.
Try at browser also the same ,shope also lazy already , the layout of web browser voucher page are crop to fit phone browser size and apps size compare to last time.

Just going to miss again this round and covid is high , prepare for slow shipping and make sure to sanitize or fully wash your hand after unpack your parcel , laz or shope also as long as it came for any delivery company.Just for safety.

Shope pay error again , try to buy something can't select shope pay.
Please , fix it , every month also the same.All the 100% or 50% cashback use up.

I seldom post but to guide new user.

1.Buyer need to pay for the shipping fee voucher portion which already include in the the price.Local or oversea is the same.Example , to join the free shipping , seller need to join the free shipping campaign which need to pay extra % i think now over 11% + transaction fee and etc .So a product cost RM100 , seller need to raise Rm115 and above.
Finally end up , buyer actually pay for the free shipping.If product price is just rm10 , you need to wait for 0 min free shipping voucher on sales but still you are paying for the product price which actually below RM9.

2. Same , seller voucher are provide by seller themself but price for item will also include or capped on certain seller voucher product.Some seller voucher on for specific product so you'll need to check for them which can be apply.Finally end up , seller raise price but give out free seller voucher = same nothing change.

The idea here is to make buyer buy before think.
1. No free shipping = rm4.50 for every product even those rm0.10 will cost rm4.50 = rm4.60
2. With free shipping but without coin cash back you can't apply cash back coins = wasted the voucher
3. If you find both free shipping and cashback seller = price increase is already included in the campaign = price increase.

The better way is to wait for sales , to get > 18% cashback coin , < below rm5 capped , > 500 cashback coin.It's bonus if you can get store voucher + cashback but you'll not able to get it.
Shope set it so no one ever able to get both and free shipping.
12am - low 400 coins cash back + free shipping but finish within 3-5 minutes.
1am - give out cashback 18%-25% without free shipping but seller voucher fully claim.
End up you need to pay for shipping fee.

12pm - free shipping set by shope with low cashback 300-400 coins but end at 1pm
1pm - only show Higher Cashback voucher 18% but no free shipping


That is why you see recently at sales day , those higher cashback voucher still stay the same because no one willing to pay and buy without free shipping.
Will you buy a RM10 product with cashback 400 coins but need to pay rm4.50 shipping ? A total of RM14.50 real amount $ you need to pay and only after item receive or you click order receive only return back the 400 coins.
With 400 coins , max you can only deduct 25% of item you purchase and max rm30.Buy RM5 product , max is rm1.5 deduct.

Simple to add up , shope is separating free shipping and cashback coin time so the most you will only able to get 400-500 coins max.
That is how shope trick you all buy first because of FCFS voucher.Soon , most seller will quit the campaign and offer seller voucher
Quit campaign but offer rm20 off shop voucher for rm200 product is much better than letting shope charge 12%.Also everyone have 1-2 10% cashback voucher only so seller will have less sales since no one have 10% voucher.So better quit if you are selling item above rm100.

Mostly now , because of MCO , rent increase , low supply , currency devalue and etc will be the main cause offline is same as online price.

There are few reasons i can think of ,
1.Small offline shop size Seller lazy to keep on updating the price list compare to Mall which have worker hired to do them.Seller just set it a higher target since some product are bound to stay in price and mostly they know the product price will increase soon.
2.Seller knew buyer or customer offline will compare to online after apply voucher , so they set it higher.
3.Some product price being control by dealer/manufacturer.Seller had signed the contract have to listen to dealer requested price set if selling offline or online.If not , dealer will not supply the product to seller.Every product are bound to have a price range not below or over on contract.
4.Others like , simple set price , follow other seller price list or seller want to earn extra more and hoping for some random buyer who doesn't know the actual price.

There are many price checker website like iprice or hargapedia something like that.If offline can check at tesco/lotus.

As for me , I will choose product or item that are cheaper than offline.If both the same , will compare the risk of covid and product damage or delay or urgent , toll and petrol price going to mall and etc.

As what i know , a lot of other online shopping wanted to wait for shope remove those voucher promotion.

Now buyer/seller like us is smarter , which platform give better option , we will shift gear to it.

Any online platform wanted to grow and continue giving voucher , the only option is to do a promotion every month hope buyer will buy first think later.
The proper option I always suggested is to do a membership club.Platform can collect the buyer club fee first (monthly or yearly) , buyer get a lot free voucher + shipping club, seller have more sales since buyer will utilize those voucher and shipping.
Because , soon , buyer like us will get tired with FCFS and will just go back offline after this pandemic if possible.Need to always login to shope , scroll , check voucher daily 12am and 12pm sharp buying them with FCFS then comes up with risk and problem like parcel stuck , can't cancel ,damage and etc.
I think most also feel the same.
