Can you give some example please? Because afaik Shopee cannot stop seller ship out slow, furthermore if seller missed ship out date it will be auto cancelled unless system got problem then only Shopee may help to cancel.

As for now MCO period its Shopee automatically grant ALL sellers to ship out by 21st April. Same reason above since Shopee allowed it then Shopee definitely will not assist to cancel order.

As for exploit or not, well too bad. Perhaps u could order from Preferred or Mall seller atleast they actually (sometimes) cares about the auto-cancellation will affect their status.

Yes if MCO extend shopee will also extend ship out date. Just as previously was set to 7th April before the extension.

Not true... Its set by Shopee, unless seller set it as "Pre-Order" then seller has option to set how long to ship out.. If non-preorder then its 2 working days now (used to be 3 days)

Nope. I'm a seller, and also a buyer myself.

As a seller i have encountered buyer trying to scam by saying did not received parcel, I reject refund and did some digging myself..
I check the buyer comment/rating on other items he bought and i msg the seller ask who is the receiver of the parcel.
The other seller with the parcel receiver name is same as my parcel receiver so i informed the Shopee dispute team to verify and they proceed to close the dispute after verified.


As a buyer i have encountered scammer and/or other issues as well that need refund.
Scam for example the scammer seller (competitor selling same item at lower than cost price) send out parcel but im at KL and parcel tracking shows delivered to Kelantan. Just screenshot the tracking and submit refund then Shopee approved already.

Other issues such as bought a cream from China seller and its totally different than what i had (soft vs hard) i just take photo show comparison and submit refund. At first seller try to claim its original, next seller say can refund provided i ship back item to his "partner" in Malaysia im sure its fake so i whatsapp the number and true enough that person is another buyer buying same item. i msg the person and inform him/her about this issue then proceed to screenshot all evidence to Shopee.
Initially Shopee offer partial refund but i rejected and insisted full refund and i got full refund.

And many more issues which solved as well.


So i guess its all about luck which CS u get, and how many evidence u have..

Local seller sold me counterfeit Samsung MicroSD. They claimed that their supplier says that it's ori. Settled in the end, seller okayed the refund. This one is CN seller. Ordered bulbs but received Pokemon cards. OK, I know it's not Pokemon. Seller claims that they packed it wrongly and offered to resend the item. In very good English which made me all the more suspicious. I presume their tactic is for me to agree and that they will delay the re-shipment long enough for the order to auto-complete. I declined and made a claim for refund. They stopped responding and the refund auto-completed. Seller was banned a few days later.

Yup many CN seller said will resend but end up many kena conned after order turned completed. I always press refund and ask them to proceed to ship out and provide the proof to Shopee they will extend the refund until receive package but they will never agree for it.

Although got 1 incident i did believed the seller, because i frequent that seller and somehow i trusted them. It was probiotic supplement and they did resend due to 1 bottle glass broke.

Applied refund provided seller no respond then u will get refund but im pretty sure seller will reject then u have no choice to wait, u still can reject when it reached.

It will be very messy because after u reject u will need to wait courier to send back to seller, that may takes up to 14 days.
In the meantime u will have to press refund and seller will surely reject and wait Shopee to assist. Shopee might ask u to go self-collect at courier and will cancel your refund and u will have to do it again and again and again and again many many times until courier send back to seller and seller received.
Then u can provide tracking proof to Shopee showing parcel returned to seller, then only Shopee will approve refund.

1. Seller has dispute the refund request..
2. Seller will need to provide evidence to Shopee to support their rejection.
3 Shopee will review and decide whether reject or refund. If refund, Shopee might ask u to ship back the item before approve refund.


I think this is regarding your item shipped using lWE stucked right? No choice u have to wait Shopee to check the tracking and probably will have to wait until item arrive.

If seller no respond then it will auto refund, however since the status now like that it means seller has dispute your request.

If seller no respond to Shopee with evidence then it will auto refund on 8.4.2020
If seller responded to Shopee then Shopee will review and if Shopee decided u should wait for delivery, they will cancel your request and ask u to request refund again within 2 days.
The cycle continues until (1) u receive parcel or (2) parcel returned to seller. Or unless courier declare parcel lost.

As i've mentioned, if seller does not respond to buyer refund request within 2 working days then it will auto refund to buyer. If seller dispute (aka reject) buyer refund request only then Shopee will ask seller to provide evidence.

The email u received just shows reply from Shopee to seller. U wont see seller reply to Shopee.

u can order as many times from the same seller u like. As long as u have shipping vouchers, or u dont mind paying shipping fee it no voucher.

So would u rather seller tell u they cant ship out due to MCO, and also will not accept your cancellation?

Anyway someone mentioned CS might help u to cancel order if u provide evidence showing seller agreed to ship out but never did. So u can try contact CS and depends your luck some might just ask u to wait or some may help u to cancel.


Otherwise u can buy from another seller now or from physical shop and reject the parcel when it reaches. file refund and wait for parcel to ship back to seller to get refund.

LOL china seller is scamming u. How u gonna return the item?

Why did u return the item anyway? I think "change of mind" is not accepted by Shopee right?

U should check your email usually they will email to u..

Your refund is not deleted but they just "cancelled" it because they think u should wait the parcel to reach. Why they "cancel refund" is because the system does not have option to "extend refund" so they will cancel your refund and inform u via email (usually) to submit refund again after few days.

What u need to do is just submit refund again and the process goes again and again until your parcel reach, or unless or evidence about parcel lost then they will approve refund.

Just press extend guarantee if u have not, and press refund before guarantee end.
If seller press "dispute" then u will go thru the cycle like i mentioned above.

How J&T take back the product? If they take back means u did not sign and it should not be shown as delivered. How supplier refund to u? Why supplier deal with u? Did u mean "seller"?

Impossible. Why would J&T take back the parcel? Unless u mean they deliver other ppl parcel to you.
Courier WILL NEVER collect back parcel due to seller post wrong product.

Seller personally refund cash to u or thru Shopee? I dont think seller will refund if they did not receive back the product.
So in that case i guess seller received product and refund to u?

First time i hear refund can hilang..mine all still show in system.
