Original date was much earlier than 21/4. Later seller changed date again to 5/5 I tried asking seller few times no response then Shopee told me to cancel. Then only seller respond by refusing to cancel. Agree to ship out by around 17/4. Just received 47/50 mask. At least its not a con but its a long delivery.

If seller click “Arrange Shipment” , then the seller need to ship out within 5 days after he click arrange shipment.. so, the most u need to wait 5 days, otherwise, it will auto cancelled..

If he hasnt click it, u can cancel the order within 72 hours from ur payment time without seller approval..

Shopee mart rejected my cancel order request and proceed to ship out my item.

Can i reject the parcel and request for refund later?

I order Shopee MR DIY mask @RM59 per unit on 10/4/2020 (as it written in product view 2 - 5 working days delivery), till now had to chat many times why late and when can delivery, but replied same chat sample only, so I cancel once on 27/4/2020 but seller rejected and I can't cancel anymore. Then I ordered from Mr DIY own website on 28/04/2020 and I got the items @RM49 cheaper plus another RM10 voucher for new customer 1st order, now already delivered to my doorstep this morning. Todate- still shows preparing. So the question here, can I reject the parcel when  poslaju delivering or not?

Correct procedure is seller cancelling order since they cannot fulfill the order. This kind of sellers want to avoid cancellation rate penalty so they ask buyers to cancel instead, and promise fast refund to CONvince them to do so.

My take is if you really wanna buy from him/her again and wanna kasi chan, just do what was told. Otherwise if pissed off and wanna burn bridge, do the exact thing you were told against, report the seller to Shopee for asking you to cancel order. Refund process likely to be drawn out a bit but you do have the upper hand. Anyway, no guarantees that the seller will refund immediately if you follow his wish.

And also one of my items I suspect pos laju sent to the wrong state, then they sent back to the correct state then no update. My shopee guarantee is going to expire tomorrow what should I do? Should I just request refund?

likely get flagged as dupe.. since they likely treat bank account like credit card - and get both accounts banned

common sense
diff email + diff phone number + diff name + diff account/credit card = ok cause multiple ppl live in the same house
