I can’t seem to apply the monthly 10% cashback on milk products. I purchased them earlier this morning and I was able to apply cashback. I plan to buy more of them again this afternoon. But I can’t select cashback vouchers, despite having them. Other items can apply the vouchers, just the items I have purchased earlier in the morning. Anybody knows about this?

How come some items have zero shipping by default? Without need to use vouchers. Is it a bug or design?

No wor, I have checked out few items like this.

Saw banner but not available (first claimed the voucher but disappear in voucher list and when make payment) on my account. Also not able to select the 25th June bill payment voucher. Could be soft ban, as this happens on few months ago if any users keep able to select bill payment voucher for payment.

If I choose Shipping by Air from WM, +RM2.

from my purchased from 22Jun22, all order shipped by shopee express to Sabah and till today still not receive.
Worst i also don't know which courier service shopee using now..

On 29Jun22, i only saw it move from JHB to DDR sorting centre. so i extend the shopee guarantee period to 2Jul22 (3days from 30Jun22)

maybe on 2Jul22 i will press the refund button just to ensure my money didn't release to seller.

To extend guarantee (Guarantee receive)is just to extend the date of receiving the parcel usually extend another 3 days.
I encountered few times especially during MCO where estimate delivery date already past and shopee release payment to seller.
But when i chat with seller, they don't care cause they already done their part surrender the parcel to courier for next delivery.
I had to contact shopee and they deal with courier and delay, delay and delay....
Problem now was shopee seem changing their strategy on delivery service especially to E.M that cause more delay..

Apparently one of their sorting hub got raided by immigration department at U10 Shah Alam. Says here, 299 undocumented migrant workers.

I'm really curious why this don't make to the news or at least shopee should make a statement because this is a big problem. 

So yeah, you and me and plenty others will get their stuff stuck in limbo for a long time. Asked seller to cancel order but seller late reply and only responded after item was collected. 
I won't buy anything from shopee for the time being if they give me shopee express.

Anyone have experience making official complains to Shopee? Need to file one, as they hold my money in their wallet
