Well I've used their live chat, TBH the level of support they provide via there is 0, as the agent will only speak of the things that we already know or stated in their FAQ.. In my case, its due to their new MONTHLY transaction limit on ShopeePay.. While they somehow still allow to top op the wallet, but I am unable to use the wallet to purchase stuff, and looking at my transaction amount, I think I've hit their new monthly limit of RM4999.. So if following their rule, I have to wait a FULL MONTH before I can use my wallet even for transferring it back to my account.. Atm there is around RM1.7k stuck there not allowing me to do my purchase, and cant withdraw as well..

U mean 4999 per day or per month? I am aware of its daily limit(also 4999), but have no idea it is also a monthly limit..

1st of all, doesn't it seems odd that daily and monthly limit is the same? means one can max it out on a single purchase.. But lets forget about that because that is not the main problem..
The main problem is, if there is such limit of 4999, why did the app allow further top up to go thru, meaning in my case, my rm1.7k is there yet I cant use it to buy thing.. Should there is a monthly limit of 4999, the top up value should also capped at 4999 per month, or at least allow the customer to withdraw it back to their account should the customer still wants to proceed purchase via other means(my case exactly).. However, since Shoppe consider withdrawals as a transaction as well means, I CANT withdraw that money back to my account, which pissed me off..

It is cash unfortunately, and that top up is initially for me to purchase another desktop monitor that I am eyeing for, and it is the last stock..

I am currently building a gaming pc, so within these 72 hours, I think I have spent there close to 10k.. Yeah some of my checkouts are not using that shoppepay hence I am able to reach that kind of spending with their limit.. To be fair, I can understand if they put such limit on their wallet, but at least do allow me to put those money back to my bank account so I can checkout my purchase via other ways, and I dont mind waiting their usual 2-3 working days to process it since I can check out the item with my remaining cash on my bank.. I did check my wallet just now, apparently from the limit I am left with around rm300, which now I proceed to withdraw and it goes without a problem..

Also, lets put it this way.. They announce a MONTHLY and YEARLY limit.. In case I somehow hit their YEARLY limit, am I supposed to wait a full YEAR before I can use/transfer the money inside the wallet?

I do have the spare cash, it will just hurt me abit more towards the end of month, which is why I solved it  by using Spay Later to check the monitor out.. Also thank god its only 1.7k, instead of 3.4k for 2 of same monitor(I got a good deal on LYN for 1).. So with this means I may miss 7.7 sale(since most discount/coins are targetted for wallet user), and burned one of my saving pass coupons since that coupon TnC is checkout via wallet or COD(which I rarely use since I rarely at home at day).. But with how their CS does nothing apart from stating their FAQ, and not even 1 attempt to help(because I still cant see why they consider a withdraw back to own account as a transaction similar to purchases), I should consider bringing my business elsewhere.. I already left Lazada due to almost same issue back then, and perhaps this time its Shopee's turn.. I already sent an email stating my intention to close my Shopee account, lets see how this goes..

Nah i withdraw it yesterday, and since shopee counts it as transactions, means i am done for this month, cant even use 1 cent from the wallet.. And now i keep looking at my checkouts, if got one of then cancelled by seller i am screwed..

Is it just me or other users also feel that Shopee is making it impossible to make a purchase applying the FSV and Coin vouchers together at these sale times? Last few sales, I can't even get through one order successful. Always show some random error. And then next moment, show voucher over. Others also experience this new development from the last few sales?

"Something went wrong" when attempting to check out

I haven’t been able to do any purchase applying both FSV and cashback vouchers during promo. Even daily FSV cannot apply as they simply cancel my voucher at payment page. All 3 accounts (belonging to 3 different adults), same thing happens.

I have using S* for 4 years now, and I can say that I have encountered issues here and there, but these new kind of issues are of a different kind. It seems like S* is deliberately messing up with their server in order to prevent users from getting the best deals. I do not think that it is a technical glitch or that S* cannot handle the high volume - rather, it is a deliberate, cunning, well-thought out strategy. It is to tempt people with promised gifts, which they were never going to give because of some *genuine* reasons. And in that confusion, trap people to place orders at higher prices.
Yes, I know that they don't owe us anything, and it is their choice whatever they do with their platform, but somewhere I feel there is a cunning mastermind behind these changes.

If they can just honestly tell us that we are profiled, then no need to waste all this time and effort.
