I never even tried once , but other games such as poly , clam , bubble , candy game all also need to pay to pass by buying their special item with coin or i can said real money.
Funny is to pass the bubble in some stage , you really need to purchase special item with own coin but the redeem for 800 points up to today is just 80 coins or 80 cents ??? Same with candy , poly , clam game , You buy those special item cost even more than your redeem coins.

Why does shops name their store with dots ?

Same issue happened to me on 27 Dec. Managed to claimed voucher at midnight, but can't use it during checkout...

Normal , not everyone is going to buy at CNY due to the reason of

-No ALL Seller free shipping
-Voucher not attractive , ( max discount capped for only 800 coins )
-All must use shope pay for voucher and free shipping.Shope pay = direct money topup.Last time CC can use free shipping & voucher but now all cancel.
-not enough $ to buy , economy no good
-no CNY celebration because of MCO , so CNY people buy less or some even don't celebrate.
-high Covid cases where shipping will get delay ( if urgent )
-high Covid cases , buyer worry buying food ( ice-cream ) ( some CNY cookies )
-Return & refund on product will be troublesome on MCO
