Ok just found out all RM9 free shipping orders today, the shipping fees was deducted from sellers' order income. Expect huge numbers of cancelled orders later.

Not even 1.5 day after the 9.9 sales, buyers already start to chasing their orders. As a seller I will definitely handle those bigger orders as priority. RM9 free shipping is just a waste of time, materials and manpowers, let system cancel all also won't affect preferred seller rating. If ship out after 2 days who knows you will receive 1 star rating
