Still confuse , charge seller or buyer 1% ? but anyhow most seller still can absorb the 1%.Most item sold at the price like below RM50 , so it is 0.50 cent extra but if charge both is different stories.
Even buying 1k = RM10 extra only.
Overall , can guess price will remain the same , like phone case,SP all only extra 0.10 cent.Not like laz last time which charge extra more than 10% for some items and minimum 2% average 5%.
But even now laz without commission , shipping fee already more than its' commission.

And confuse , where did it mention no free shipping ? If no more free shipping another stories also.

Where does it said buyer 1% charge ? CC when 1% ? Any seller here can confirm about free shipping thing ?

I bought before , and I am not sure why your CC charge you 1% , maybe you can check your bank.
What about free shipping , this is what concern me.Plan to buy furniture which is over 10kg next month.If no free shipping the cost is over RM18 with only poslaju.
Need to wait until next month ? anyone contacted shoppe CS to verify ? starts at 1st of january or 14th for both ? why does shopee confuse us.

On holiday mode ? If i remember .my is seller from Oversea china I guess.You should just leave it auto cancel.If item never shipped out so shopee will refund.Seller never reply ?

What did shopee tell you when you are banned ? you make a call to shopee ? not with email because sometimes they just ignore.
Actually I think not the IP , I think using same payment account.Like Seller using same CC number and buy back their own product using the same CC number ?
I think it is fine if you plan to help your family member to create an account especially old Parents who doesn't even know how to operate or register a gmail.
I just think , as a buyer , You can have same address and same payment method but other must be different.

Yeh, I also think the same , shopee just wanted more user to register as an aim to archive more user buying and also referral only can earn 1000 coin.It's not like they will banned because of rm10 , during 12.12 sales , a bunch of coin voucher left unuse at all even at the end of sales 11.50pm.Maybe except your referral list over 50 person, that is different case.
As I know putting aside on referral , someone soonwai did mention before using same shipping address and same CC for payment.
For sure family member phone device , number ,email is different.

Weird , normally shopee have advance free shipping 1-2 days for collection but can't be use but this round doesn't seem to have any free shipping voucher to collect.

The Coin have an expired date and purchase cannot be set which one to use up first.
Lets say every month purchase

Jan get 300 coin and Expired on March
Feb get 200 coin and Expired on April
March get 500 coin and Expired on May
Accumulated 1000 coin.

Now I have 1000 coins.
At April The 300 coins got from march is expired.I cannot select Jan coins to for purchase.No matter how , it'll still expired 300 coins , only if you fully use up the 1000 coins all at once to avoid the 300 coins is expired.
No matter how , I cannot select the Jan 300 coins to use up.As long as you have remaining coins , it will auto deduct.More to auto deduct coin than expired.
If I can select Jan coin and use up , I still can retain 700 coins.Now if can't select , no matter I buy with 300 coins usage , by April , I'll still lose 300 coins.

I am mere saying 300 coins but if 10000 or 100000 coins purchase in this CNY.Will need to use up all before april and maximum is 30% coin or rm30.Means you need to buy at lease 1k item separately per purchase and shipping voucher used until utilize all the coins.

I am discussion about how coins expired and deduct.It means you are force to fully utilize at the end of the expired date.In other words , the shipping voucher is not enough and force to pay for shipping.

If you mention about movie tickets or ice cream , how many you are going to buy ? RM12 a ticket max you only can use 30% of it or RM3.6.So you need to buy a lot of tickets or ice cream to use up.3600 coins = need to buy 10 tickets and if ice cream you need a large fridge.Not everyone is doing this.
