the update really screwed me badly though.. i had a parallel app installed with a 3rd copy of whatsapp on my phone.. once the update was done, my parallel app wasn't working as well, and that whatsapp didnt have backup as it couldn't use google services.. really screwed me up badly

1st - Connect your phone and run adb on administrator mode and type this command:

Click on Oversea-Commercial_DS again and click on remove -- DO NOT CLICK REMOVE, JUST DE-ACTIVATE IT - your settings stick after a reboot, so no longer need to remove the profile (at least on my device my profiles stick, also makes it easier to go back to default)
5th - Close the app and reopen it
6th - Select India-VoLTE-Vodafone or Telefonica_UK_Commercial, right-click and SetSelectedConfig for both Sub0 and Sub1
7th - Click on the profile you selected (India) again and click on Activate
Yes, select UK/India even if you are located in another region (see above for confirmed locations + carriers)
8th -Close the PDC and go back to cmd/adb then type
adb reboot Thank you. Confirmed working with  Maxis Postpaid . But I have to remove "Oversea-Commercial_DS" to avoid it reverting back to it. The next step I do is test my wife sim card which have been activated earlier for VOLTE using her NOTE20. Using my wife sim card, I manage to get volte on my oneplus 6. My SIM card itself cannot get VOLTE on my device. So I contact maxis technical and networking. Ask them to activate. Many times they said my device is not supported. Very hard time explaining to them. I told them i manage to get using my wife sim maxis sim card on my oneplus 6. At last they said they can activate my sim card but need to use my wife phone. I inserted my simcard to my wife phone and then I got message from maxis containing the settings and i click on those and it works. Transfer back my sim card into oneplus 6 and BOOM, VOLTE works. Also dont allow contacts permission if not mistaken as if u allow it only want to restore from Google Drive but not locally. |

I updated mine too. No issue so far.
Did the volte thing too. Finally removed the original profile because prior to update, i still have the patience to redo everytime i restart phone. Finally gave up.

Android 11 is the worst update ever. Bad battery life random app malfunction. Annoying long vibration when inputing the wrong lock screen patterns or when it can't detect the face. The only thing that is favourable is they fixed the keypad being hidden issue
