However personally think the 10gb ram is an overkill based on my usage of it

Yeap. Pictures taken under GCam seems more natural, unaltered, yes. But I still feel the original cam produces better quality pictures, especially under lower light conditions, though I know the enhancements applied to make it look brighter. 
I would say there are issues with your dialer. Tried force stopping and clearing cache perhaps?

The phone received A+, putting it side by side with flagships by Samsung and Apple. Means it will sport a good LED panel and good LED panels don't come cheap.    It wont be easy on the battery as well.

IMO OnePlus 7 will not have such huge battery, they will save it for their next model, the 7T.

4150 is such a big increment from 6T's 3700, so perhaps it will have similar 3700 or 3800, just my guess btw.

OP 7 will have the better software optimization for sure, but not sure regarding the camera. judging from the press shots in seems the Night mode will be slightly better than the one in S10

also not sure what to feel about the pop up camera, have to sacrifice IP rating as well

Nah... Iphone Xs Max's camera actually did better than P30 Pro's camera. With the exception of the Zoom mode. So OP software (Oxygen) + Samsung/ Oneplus hardware (SD 855 + 12GB Ram, Samsung LED) +IPhone XS Max Camera.
