ehm.. well under normal circumstances is NO..
but if u know the right ppl, n the right amount. it can be done. even a letter can be issued to you stating the approval. but its gonna be a tough getting it.

lol.. true..i can transplant any engine inside n drive.
only when u get caught, they will issue u a letter for inspection. den u have to swap back to ur ori specs.. get it approve.. come out.. transplant again..  but all the trouble..
