Do you did your maintenance in 6000km interval? And there is no problem to the engine whatsoever so far?

I find it to be quite strange because I have always been told that motorcycle/scooter need to be serviced once in 1000km. But, in the manual book, it is stated to service in 6000km interval.

I am currently stretching to the 6,000 km interval, no problem so far. I see the oil can take it.

May I know what brand the oil is? And how much is it? is it fully synthetic?

I do not own a Vario, but have history of CVT trans scooter, usually they clean it when doing CVT services...

Your manual book stated how many KM to do the CVT service?

EDIT: Crankcase not crankshaft

From the service book state that if frequently drives in rain or full throttle recommended to clean this more frequently. Since now is PKP no choice but to service at my nearest kedai motor instead of at honda impian at batu caves

Mostly only when your airbox is flooded with oil. Squeeze the tip and if you feel liquid. Drain and open and clean airbox and air filter

Vario owner, is it normal to have those like mice squeaky sound when you go over humps or some uneven road?
*
I found out this is caused by the rear brake wire, which is hidden under the utility box. There is a u-bent metal shape holder for the brake wire under it and when you hit humps it will rub in the metal making squeaky noise. One solution is to use a pair of pliers and open the U-shaped wire holder so that it wont rub to the wire.

Just done my first 1000 km service / engine oil replacement. Was told my mechanic to come for next service after 1500 km.

So the question is :
Shall I follow honda service guideline (6000 km) or mechanic?

Since you only done 1000km, better be safe and go for 1.5k service,

that just my 2 cent tho, i dont want to damage my engine, if the break in dint go so well on the 1k period

The thing is, the mechanic (impian x) said service every 1500km, which is around every 3 months as per my usage. Really need to service that frequently for scooter?

Sorry for the noob question, but I'm totally new to biker world.

Looking good and cheaper than Yamaha NMax. This new scooter is between Honda Beat and Honda PCX. Looks like a good choice since it's only weight around 110kg and has daylight driving light.

Kek. Since when motorcycle light can switch off. Install running day light also no use
