It represents an option for those looking for a Honda AT scooter other than the PCX150.

Looking good and cheaper than Yamaha NMax. This new scooter is between Honda Beat and Honda PCX. Looks like a good choice since it's only weight around 110kg and has daylight driving light.

i thought at first this will be a competitor to nvx due to its sporty design.

That was before I realized its size.

I viewed the Youtube Indonesia, the Vario handle can touch the knee when full turn, if the person is tall.
I think I sure touch the knee. I'm 180cm.

Cheaper by RM 2k compared to PCX yet got smart key, immobilizer, combined break system, driving ligtht, full led from and back.

I'm thinks it's a steal compared to Yamaha NMax or NVX.

Eyeing the silver one...but why did they have to accent it with yellow color. Indonesia they sell it in full silver and also matte black.

Does the keyless, works like a car?

I see you gotta press the starter button to recognize the key. Does it need to be done every time?

Based on tutorial posted on YouTube, it seem really need to press the starter button to ack the key connection.

But will this feature prone to motor theff such as hot wiring method...

@@ i finished watching still no idea how to start engine. I didnt hear engine start in the video also.

Difficult to hot wired because the keyless module 'talk' to ECU. I studied the keyless wiring diagram. Not that easy to hot wire. The wiring harness buried deep within the cover set.

May be it is the same as PCX, it's not using normal starter. ECG is used, only that far I know. Need to Google on ECG.

If this case, just need to invest some good padlock and chain will do since it got built in alarm. Or will it overdone since it got immobilizer.

A good padlock (XENA, etc) will do. Vario not 'hot scoot' yet.

If the alarm was triggered, it will send an immobiliser signal to the ECU. Can't start the scooter. This is my assumption based on PCX with smart key. Exactly same / similar system.

mean same like NVX? so far i just use disc lock only
wanna be safer i can make my remote in OFF mode, although im nearby still cant start
