The PLUS RFID system differs from the Touch ‘n Go’s in terms of the method of payment. While the latter uses the Touch ‘n Go eWallet that needs to be topped up, PLUS’ product is tied to the user’s debit or credit card (including American Express charge cards), and debits the toll charge straight from their account.

Was helping my boss made treatpoint redemption for a mobile phone

Today boss suddenly told me she wants the phone now.
And she passed me DCR marketing leaflet where public can Redeem on the spot

Also called CS ask whether yesterday redemption to use for DCR marketing office side redemption

Can't.

Even card centre also not mobile phone redemption
Headache when try to explain to boss

Btw, by default the first option to pay is via saving account right ?
To pay with CC, need to manual select

Is there way to have CC as default choice for payment ?

Just tried QR pay ... Thought can use Amex but here got no scan option by cashier, but I scan, which unable to change option from saving account to Amex. sad.gif

Btw, interesting to see 1 QR code fit for all as per photo

A friend share his Amex experience.

He purchased MAS flight to HK with his Amex for family.
When 1 of his family luggage delayed, all expenses incurred with receipt during the waiting hours can claim up to RM800

I guess expenses like clothing, shoe those spending affected by luggage delayed... expenses you swipe while waiting luggage arrival.

Friend no specific mentioned what kind of expenses excluded.
Better read TnC if u got luggage delayed

Happened discuss about Amex on GrabPay
Few days ago, I listened to BFM radio and the DJ got roughly mentioned it.
Just now open GrabPay to check and it's there!🤣
Now I can change my spending to GrabPay using Amex reload on weekend !
