Hi all, currently having the Maybank 2 Gold (AMEX + Master) + the Maybank FCB Visa Signature card.

Is it possible to cancel the Master so I can carry less? Personally find the Maybank 2 Master redundant since I don't spend enough to collect points and the FCB Visa Signature meets my needs (have Citibank Visa CB for extra CB also..).

Yesterday applied CC Platinum through RinggitPlus, today got approved. I called to ask, it is legit. They said in 3-5days will arrived. Is it possible? I am from east Malaysia though.

Guys, is it true SST cannot be waived after charged even though i called in and cancel my card? Today I saw SST charged to my GRAB card.... i don't find this card useful and i don't use it at all so i called and cancel the card. They say i have to pay SST even though I cancel my card?

hey guys, so today I tried to pay my AMEX from affin online, I'm stuck the part where I need to key in the card number, this is because AMEX only have 15 digits while VISA/MASTERCARD have 16 digits, how do u guys solve this?

She's currently holding a Maybank Shopee Card (Since Dec 2020) and she would like to add M2C Gold to her card portfolio. I help her apply on her Maybank2u, after filling all those detail, uploaded IC and statement and I clicked submit. Is her application guaranteed approved since she is currently Maybank CC cardholder? And how long for her application to be approved/declined? Because I heard M2U is the fastest way to apply card. Btw I applied the card for her yesterday morning.

I think M2C lower tier than Shopee Card cuz M2CGold is 30k per annum and Shopee is 36k per annum. Is it true that application using M2U is highly to get rejected because of the system? But until now I haven't receive any "Unable to acceed" message from Maybank.

Just received the sms.. "Unable to acceed to your card application".. I wonder why since the M2C Gold is lower tier than Shopee Card.. any idea what should I do next?

My mother still working.. They haven't provide any reason. I've been thinking about the card center but cannot cross border😅. I heard we can add card thru email but I don't know what document to provide to them, some said only NRIC copy, but when i read another forumers said,  need to provide the whole application document. I tried contacting maybank about this but their CS seems clueless😅

Oh.. need to submit document just like she submit for her first Shopee card eh.. I tot the process would be simpler for existing cardholder..

I got a question here. These were my transactions as captured in M2U.

1. Paid on 21/08 11am, but system captured as 20/08 and posted on 22/08
2. Paid both of these transaction on 22/08 12:30pm and 10pm, and the system captured as 21/08 and 22/08 respectively posted on 23/08.

Will I still get Amex 2 rebate of 5% for these 3 transactions?
