usually credit card statement cycle is based on the card issue date by bank, or the manual activation date by ourself? because i would like to make the card billing date is around monthend |

I think someone asked this before but i cant seem to find it:
If i cancelled M2C Visa, left only M2C Amex, i want to upgrade my my M2C Amex to platinum, would I get two card or only card which is Amex? |
