maxis dont accept AMEX? i saw maxis as payee in maybank2u, thou i dont own maxis number so i never try but I do own digi number, i pay through maybank2u at weekend, does entitle for cashback

Hi would like to enquire in the case of CC e-wallet / Bigpay transaction a lot, if still request for credit limit increase, would affect bank approval or even downgrade your credit limit?
