take note that if u perform in instalment at merchant terminal during weekend using Amex, u will need to call CS to do manual adjustment while if the instalment done via online, it will be credited automatically on 1st of next month
*
Is this still the case now if I perform installment at merchant terminal and to do manual adjustments?

Edit: Seem like AMEX removed cashback/treatpoint for instalment.
I didn't know they amend the T&C  cry.gif
Yes, spending your AMEX on weekend will entitled 5% cashback, but instalment payment no.
Yes, spending on weekday is entitled 5TP, but instalment payment no.

May I know where u see the tnc where cashback is not given for instalment?

monitor your transactions first, if no cb, call CS to do manual adjustment
go the m2u website, find the m2card product page, then read the T&C

Doesn't mention that ezypay installment doesn't qualify for cashback, only mention ezypay plus not qualify

I noticed that foreign exchange rate is quite high (2.5%)for AMEX card on overseas transaction. But, I will still get 5% cashback on weekend spending. That means I can earn 2.5% cb?
So if I’m in SG, Is it more worth if I use Singapore debit card to make transaction or Malaysia cc that can get cb?
Thanks!

does anyone know what is the foreign exchange rate now if we were to use card overseas? thought of using this during weekend when in overseas to get net cashback? smile.gif hmm.gif

TnG reload with Amex is permanently no longer available in Jaya Grocer. Sucks. Any ideas where to get the 5% cash back bonus for the TnG card?
*
Anyone knows if jaya grocer accepts Shopee pay or Shopee pay later as payment method?

Jaya Grocer-Amex for purpose of top up  at Gardens can, but the fee charge is tiered.

Alternatively, can top up at MRT station. I did before using Amex.

Didn’t know mrt station can top up using Amex, interesting..

By the way, how is the fee charge being tiered? Do you know ? Thanks smile.gif

Checkout page show service charge but actually when proceed to payment page there's no charges.

How long does it take to reflect in time portal after payment made? Thanks smile.gif

By the way when you via post online, do you key in 12 digits or 14 digits of your time account number cause when I looked at my bill, the account number has 12 digits with 2 digits behind that is separated from the first 12 digits account number haha

I managed to try it just now using my laptop to pay, can scan with SPL but payment hasn't reflected on TIME. Hopefully all goes well, will report here once OK.
By the way, I'm due to make tax assessment payment, in the past I used Pay@KL app. I saw DBKL available on PosOnline and can use ShopeePay too (I assume SPL will have no issue), so can I pay tax assessment on PosOnline by choosing DBKL? Does anyone know? Or any place to pay besides using the official app?

My time payment that I made yesterday got reflected today..

Cool. I used the account no. in the bill to pay, includes the double digits at the end. I think it should work because without the double digits, it shows invalid account no. I hope all OK. laugh.gif

Yea need to put the last 2 digits smile.gif
