Maybank sent me new AmEx card last month when my expiry date is only in April but then I have activated it and so far no problem using it. However, I wanted to add this card on Shopee then keep having this error. Even I tried to pay one time off also not possible. It’s Maybank or Shopee issue? Today I’m not able to pay with AmEx on Lazada bill. Used to pay with no issue. I hope it’s just temporary.
