My mastercard was cancelled successfully few days ago (just call to CS and it was done instantly). However, today I realize my Amex card was closed as well! Applied before 2018. All my points!

I just checked the cashback from August Spending, my top up of RM100 into Grabpay entitled for 5% cashback.   

I also didn't get cash back for reloading GrabPay on 31st August, posted on the same day too.. I left with RM 50 quota and purposely tested it but too bad.. Wondering what is MBB doing, why earlier dates can and not later dates?

I think depends on the situation. His is not excessive balance transfer. And he is paying cash. Can just escalate to higher level if denied.

Ok loh. If follow those words strictly, a refund is not overpayment. Can always strike a deal with them in advance. Very sure Support will say pay first.
