Hi all, tried searching the thread and could not find anything regarding this (at least for V20).

Do you guys know if MARA is categorised as a government body? Just stumbled upon MARA EPS. An online platform that allows people to pay their MARA loans via credit cards. Trying to decide which card is best to redeem CB or treatpoints.

In the case of M2C, if it is indeed a government body, I will not use the AMEX to my monthly loan repayment.

Hmm, Does FPX can entitle for CB? as I own m2c and also barcalona. Will try next month and report if there is rebate (both barcalona and m2c amex)

p/s: never know mara now so advance. previously pay using jompay only

guys service tax RM25 is EACH active card right ?
meaning total is RM 50 means 20,000 T. points right ?
and will be charged within your expiring card month right ?

I checked back the history for past cashback transaction date was on 30 or 31 I supposed it should be T+1.
I performed installment last month and my transaction records are clean, hopefully the installment will be automatically captured for cashback without have to contact CS for adjustment as holiday coming soon.

Alright, noted. Usually I won't be checking until statement generated but exceptional for this month due to the installment

Just an update, the CS called me back today and apologize that he gave wrong info about FCB service tax. At the end of the day it can't be redeemed by TP.

The TP got reversed back.

BTW the rm25 redemption never get posted, only TP deducted.

OK called to cancel the Mastercard, and the CS helped me transfer my TP to my AMEX card instead. so good.

My principal called to cancel the Visa, CS waived the SST n will transfer the points to Amex. Just gotta pay for Amex only. 👍😊

Just called to cancel my M2U MC also - it was very fast and efficient. Like others reported, BT instalments and points will be transferred to Amex.

Simply searched and found one post and I'm sure there are other posts mentioned about this too.

I just called to cancel m2c visa this afternoon.. No questions asked and canceled str8 away.. All outstanding balance and points transferred to amex.

Guy, I have called CS few month back requested to cancel my visa card. The CS guy said okay will proceed.

Now I'm still seeing the visa card in my m2u. Does this meant my visa card is not canceled ?

Just a quick update, I called CS to permanently cancel my M2C Visa card, with no hassle. Use to balance TP to redeem for Aeon voucher and SST set off for the Amex card with no hassle as well. Happy CNY guys!!!

Ok, i just call again to Maybank CS.

The CS say Card cancelling start from 15 JAN 2019 onward, all TP on that cancelled card will not carry forward. Forfeited terus 

while for AMEX RM25 SST , you can use point 10,000 to offset it by calling card centre.
anyone who terminate their visa/master card on 15 Jan 2019 onward able to transfer TP ? if yes, let me know, i shoot them kaw kaw. 

I didn’t manage to transfer my TP, I top up some TP to change for 100 bucks aeon vouchers and to redeem the SST for my M2C Amex card.

Side note, the CS told me she will proceed with  immediate cancellation on my request (M2C Visa card) on Monday, but till now I still can see it still valid in my m2u, it is normal? Or should I call again and ask? Because I already see the TP redemption is successful.

Ya I called CS last Monday and ask them to terminate that card because it was charge SST. I still see it inside my m2u.
