Does the 5X TreatsPoints given after a transaction is posted or after statement is generated ?

Guys, recently when I check my TP on the credit card statement, I noticed that my TP became negative.

After some calculation, I noticed that those amount that CR on weekday (Because I cancelled lazada orders and the transactions were on weekday), Maybank calculate it as follows:-

My total CR amount in the statement was RM2,902.65

Maybank card Treatpoint earned for the month: 2,902-

Maybank 2 Amex 4X bonus: 11,610-
Total Multiple Treatpoint earned for the month: 11,611-

So total point earned: 14,513-

Is that how MBB calculating the TP ?
I placed those lazada order during weekend to earn the 5% CB, but then cancelled it next day (Monday).

Anyone could explain? not familiar with how it works. Thanks in advance.

another way to look at it, earn 5% cb but clawback in TP

is everyone else Maybank credit card online transactions requied to use Secure2U for approval instead of OTP? last week still received SMS OTP but now forced to use Secure2u, is there any way to setting or opt out to use SMS OTP?

been forced to use MAE few months ago for online banking approval. for credit card still able to receive SMS OTP after that until recently it prompt to use only Secure2u, so there is no options to use SMS or Secure2u anymore for credit card online transaction approval?

Quick check, this month n next month is 2x  cashback limit for Ikhwan AMEX 8% right?
