You only get the cashback if the cashback amount is more than RM1. If your cashback is RM0.99, they wont give you the cashback.

*This is total cashback, not the cashback per transaction.

saving accounts which means personal account ?
or last 6 months of salary credited to bank account ? (If so why need 6 months, as salaries only require 3 months?

salary slips and saving account are 2 different things. your salary account might be different from your other savings account.

the cashback fulfillment 1k is done for early week of December (1st i think) and there a purchase cancelled amount of 6k around 20 Dec (Friday) and money returned 21 Dec (weekend).
the bank take 6k - 1k.. so consider reversal the cash rebate.

luckily they can manually grant back the cashback.

For this particular card, they have "time sensitive" cashback. ie cashback on ramadhan and syawal month is different from other normal month.
