I am initially holding M2C gold, and managed to cancelled this by-visa card, if I upgrade my card now to a platinum, it is possible just upgrade the Amex card itself? I dare not to do anything because I scare later I need to get back the Visa card.

We are at the same shoes, I wanted to upgrade my card but I have cancelled my Visa card. That’s why I decided not to go for Maybank instead my other credit cards to supplement for the credit limit.

I purposely wait until weekend to register for my ACCA exam last two weekend, in the end the posting date on Monday pulak, I curious why I didn’t capture the max cb last month sad.gif

Oh can appeal one? Do you know where should I write to? Because I confirmed the OTP is on weekend only I proceed with my payment.

Because I check with the receipt from the uk exam board the date it’s on 24th and in Malaysia memang 25th.

This time really lesson learnt! Never performed transaction during midnight!!!

Hi all, just to update that I managed to get back my balance of cashback leftover last month due to a transaction posted on weekday instead on weekend but the otp really shown the date as in weekend.

So lesson learnt from this, never performed any transaction in between the night of Friday and Saturday.

Thank you for letting me which this case can be appealed otherwise I would just let go.

Sorry I tried to reconfirm. Paying Astro and max is under bill payment can still qualified for 5% cb? I search back old thread which is back in May, no changes right?

I normally will put standing payment instruction to pay for some of my bills on weekend. But don’t know why it won’t auto pay on the pre-set date.

Anyone experienced the same as well?

Actually I been wanting to upgrade my gold to platinum. But need to go through the whole application like new card then I abit lazy to do so eventually I managed to cut my 2 card as left the Amex card with me, so I just leave it as gold.
