Seems like there's human mistake in Maybank with regards to CB disbursement. I had a January transaction that was posted in February & as advised by klchoy, I called to CS to have it reimbursed as January CB.

Now that February CB is credited, I noticed that Maybank still award me the CB that has been previously reimbursed.

tl;dr Maybank awarded me CB twice for a January transaction that was posted in February.
