pam kiosk can be setup differently, and we also don't know how bank muamalar card determine eligible transaction (t&c not available). when I asked them last time, they said any payments done OTC at their branches.

generally, 2nd attempt can retry immediately but through email (if initially failed from M2U/app/web)

dont repeatedly reapply after 1-2 times of rejection.

normally cooling off period is 6 months, but better 12 months or more.

on a positive note, they could be attempting to be a responsible bank instead of passively watching your card goes into overdue and gain $$.

heck, i managed to pay my uob cards (past due date) cuz i gotten reminder notification for pbb cards!

1. card benefit ... depends on it. usually just either cb or TP, not both even if you hit capped limit

2. yes, installments dont get any benefits.

also before calling, try to block the card first.

missing some cb is ok, cuz it's a monthly feature, not a promo/campaign that you need to chase
