Has anyone recently used Maybank 2 Card Amex, to pay for the purchase of a Touch 'n Go physical card on weekend in TnG Hub in NU Sentral, and obtained 5% cashback?

Hi all, just check maybank website, saw that the ezpay campaign still going on until 31 Dec. 0% for 6 months, but is there any 1 time charges? Wanted to renew my car insurance but did not see any instalment options in etiqa page. I remember last year I still can do instalment with amex on etiqa page.

is everyone else Maybank credit card online transactions requied to use Secure2U for approval instead of OTP? last week still received SMS OTP but now forced to use Secure2u, is there any way to setting or opt out to use SMS OTP?

been forced to use MAE few months ago for online banking approval. for credit card still able to receive SMS OTP after that until recently it prompt to use only Secure2u, so there is no options to use SMS or Secure2u anymore for credit card online transaction approval?

TnG reload with Amex is permanently no longer available in Jaya Grocer. Sucks. Any ideas where to get the 5% cash back bonus for the TnG card?

What is this cash rebate reversal? My weekend transactions all legit and not having any refund. First time getting it.

lodged complaint for missing cashback on 9th December...CS told will take approx. 2 weeks..till now nothing..

SPL then pay off balance on weekend as usual

I had no idea about this 1% cross border fee, shouldn't we just pay what we see at the final price stated? I am not planning to use Pay Later option since it might incur additional 5% fee (whatever fee it is) but pay now option. Does this makes any difference to the cross border fee?

May I know if I need to fill both forms for each card? (Tp and membership form)?

Or is there another easier alternative to reach them out.

I just did a check on the CB out of curiosity. Looked at the last 4 months and i noted always I am shortchanged of 2-3 sen on the CB. Have you checked yours? or am i missing something?

CB/state is the CB i got based on the monthly statement, CB/act is based on the 5% calculation based on my actual spent (act exp) and the diff....
