It does not work for me. Crashes when trying to open. Worst thing is, it replaced my default asus cam and now I need to find a way to restore back the original asus cam.

And the almost stock Android too.

Well, gotta be fair to Asus. M1 is only RM699. At this price range, it is a good phone for overall usage.

That is something that a lot of users are unaware of. Need to take note of this when buying used phones.

My M1's battery capacity is now at 88% only.

Using since phone launch. 1.5 years? And I don't charge my phone very often. Average around once every 1-3 days. Sometimes when charge also not full cause I use laptop to charge which is slow.

What? Battery capacity drop so much in 1.5 years? Most of the phones I used don't drop so much. The iphone battery I changed 8 months ago, the capacity still at 100%. Before changing, it was 83% after 2 years of usage. And I thought this Asus M1 dropped to 88% is lousy. Was expecting it to be at least still 90%. LOL...

Anyone have firmware 340 TWRP flashable full ROM? I can't download it from the link in XDA as it keep disconnecting.

It's the full Asus ROM for M1 modified to work on TWRP.

M1 is still good buy for that budget. You can consider buying used as I am sure a lot of people are selling their M1 by now.

Well, still lots of complain in the XDA forum. You know..those from "sensitive" market. I will wait a bit more. No problem using Oreo now. No reason to be in such a rush.

Are you using Hotlink's postpaid Flex package? There seems to be internet issue with this Flex package whereas my Hotlink prepaid has no issue.

All my family phones using magnetic. No problems with GPS nor data nor phone service signal.

Anyone using Lineage OS 16 with M1? I read that it is really good. Wondering if it is stable enough for daily usage.

Anyone found a case for this phone that can fit credit card? Currently using a normal black case but opening the case each time to use credit card is a bit inconvenient and I already broke one case because of this.

Haha..that guy is probably paid by Asus to do this.

Cost for the screen is around RM95 only cause it is IPS. You can DIY. If not I think shops should charge you not more than RM150 to replace the LCD screen. Take note, not just the glass but the whole LCD screen. If only glass, I think it should cost like RM100.

As the M1 is only my backup phone, I am looking for something less than RM800. So the Z6 or ROG2 is not for me. At first I was really impressed by Z6 and almost wanted to get it but Asus didn't launch it here. Their loss. Anyway, I will wait for M3 and hope it comes without notch.

Since M1 launch, Asus has been improving a lot in their phone's hardware and software. I just wonder why they has slowed down so much. Is it their phone sales really not doing well?
