Hai and Hello everyone.

Do you think it is worth buying a Pr1ma service apartment unit at Kajang for long term stay?. The location is close proximity to MRT kajang (200 m), near Jalan Bukit. There will be three blocks in that location, one of the block is for Pr1ma (393 units, 30 level). The price is Rm343K for 950sqft. The develpper is MKH subsidiary.

Does anyone has says or opnion on this matter pertains to the price, location, developer, Pr1ma in general or any other things in context?.

where is the location?

ooh this one the Jalan Bukit Residents apposed...
saw news yesterday... the residents are not consulted with...
and this high density projects would make the Jam more worse during peak hours

nearby KTM, MRT Kajang Station there...
Sure cannot missed one.. if completed... sure can see the station from your units
