Do you think it is worth buying a Pr1ma service apartment unit at Kajang for long term stay?. The location is close proximity to MRT kajang (200 m), near Jalan Bukit. There will be three blocks in that location, one of the block is for Pr1ma (393 units, 30 level). The price is Rm343K for 950sqft. The develpper is MKH subsidiary.
Does anyone has says or opnion on this matter pertains to the price, location, developer, Pr1ma in general or any other things in context?.
