Location, pr1ma kajang is around 500 -700 walkable to kajang mrt whereas kajang utama is more on the other site

so, worth buying ?? What's your opinion ?

Pr1ma kajang already highted the pro and con in previous post.

I think the biggest con is cannot rent/sell 5 years after getting title..

Prima kajang d best.. With mrt

KTM/MRT just infront of this project.. walking distance less than 50m..just across Jalan Bukit..

But Jalan Bukit is a heavily jam area.. MKH quality also soso..

Even currently that place jem like shit during peak hours. After they built this condo units, jem become lagi teruk.

That will be the nexus kajang. This project is located the end after it.

just checked pr1ma website site. It's that seem they had upadate the rule from 5 years cannot rent to cannot rent at all?

Tower c/nexus kajang is the closed to the mrt kajang, while tower b and a/pr1ma is located slightly at the end.

Just check with Prima..cannot rent or sell within 5 years only..
