I think the biggest con is cannot rent/sell 5 years after getting title..

just checked pr1ma website site. It's that seem they had upadate the rule from 5 years cannot rent to cannot rent at all?

Tower c/nexus kajang is the closed to the mrt kajang, while tower b and a/pr1ma is located slightly at the end.

Walau bagaimanapun, Kementerian ingin mengingatkan bahawa perkara ini mungkin berbeza dengan kehendak Perbadanan Pengurusan (MC) kediaman tuan apabila ditubuhkan kelak. Justeru sebarang pertimbangan oleh Perbadanan Pengurusan dalam mesyuaratnya bersama penduduk untuk menguatkuasakan larangan sewaan dengan perincian yang berbeza kelak adalah diluar bidang kuasa Kementerian ini.

Just check with Prima..cannot rent or sell within 5 years only..
