If true, then it seems like this developer really want to bulldoze thru this project, by hook and by crook. Reminds me of Maxim's actions when they bulldoze thru the sales of the Address @ Taman Desa in order to start its construction by selling their 1,0xx units priced at RM 6xxk.

This is going to be one weirdly shaped project when it rises from this plot of land.

On another note, DBKL must be sleeping at the wheel on this case. Dy have people protesting the development of this strip and the developer still went thru like no one's business.

You have DBKL under Ku Nan to thank for the mess that the current batch under Khalid has to clean up.

But this one is just plain ridiculous. No idea why DBKL can't be bothered to build the road instead of selling it to this PV-linked Pavilion Integrity group but I think earning a quick buck (and pocketing a bit from the proceeds of the land sale) for DBKL is more important than doing a community project to benefit the surrounding residents.

It was a privately-owned piece of land. The multi-generational owners sold it to PV.
