Ya la, this is freehold. Held by the owners for a looong time already.

Hope they design with extra attention to accomodate the narrow space. Otherwise end up like Ascencia etc. Driving up & down and turning in car park going to be nightmare if car bigger than Elantra.

Not sure how this developer will design this project, but based on their PV line of condos, they look plain to me, so I wouldn't expect any extra features from them (e.g. wider driveway or the sort).

Though I'm surprised that TTDI Ascencia's driveway design isn't that good, given that it is a high-end project. hmm.gif

High-end also cannot defy laws of physics la.

You only have narrow strip of land, unless you in revolving turntable or car lift or invite David Copperfield, you can only do so much.

But just have to remember that like Amaya Maluri and Lavile, its close to the htc.

Willing buyer and willing seller, who are made up of a group of landowners. Of course can proceed and I assume that DBKL green-lighted the DO to this developer.

So if anyone wants to protest about how it should be a road, then might as well go home and cry me a river coz it was never gov't land in the first place.
