from past dealings with PV... usually this kind of hot projects they wont assign to agencies to sell first... so if you guys really wanna get into priority list... better contact developer marketing directly... like PV9 currently also handled by their own staffs... didnt let agencies sell yet... im sure Mira will be the same at this juncture... can save paying commission... why not...
