will it cost much to do it outside? like at some performance workshop?
*
port & polished depend on the workshop. camshaft then depend on what brand, how high the cam lift, duration etc. There is no fix price on all these parts. If u want good price, then search around 1st.

Woo, any pics on the item?

Can the item be wired to the engine directly or something? My cigarette lighter hole not working. Any idea why?  icon_question.gif
*
here is it. user posted image

got the control unit but no photo on it. u can wire to ecu for the most accurate reading, if not cigar hole or tap into any current wire also can

the SI meter cluster is nice but 9k rpm won't be enough, 10k would be ideal tongue.gif

actually the sub frame reinforcement metal plate can be custom made. just look for shop doing metal work, my friend did one with powder coated for around RM100, for me its not worth rm800 just for the bling bling effect. custom made one should be better, as u can choose the thickness u prefer tongue.gif

diffuser is for the lower part of front/rear bumper. canards is one to fit at the side of the front bumper, usually 2 pcs per side.

here is my cheap sake diffusers. tongue.gif

i used pivot VS & Grounding (Bought around 2 years back cost me around RM500 that time doh.gif ) actually not much difference, only my sub woofer sound much deeper. tongue.gif

for those who complaint on the car chassis noise, please bare in mind, it will only get worse if changed to super hard suspension, lowered your ride or use ultra low profile tires. even those type R anti roll bar will cause some "cracking noise" After i upgraded my car whole suspension system, after driving around 1 week my car sound like the whole chasis going to break, my mech striped my whole car and tighten all the bolt and nuts. now just bit some minor squeak.

damn, i'm drooling over hondata s300 drool.gif

how much is the hondata s300

n compared to unichip

wat difference wo?
*
crome have few range, s300 should be around RM3k.

The best honda ecu tuning should be hondata, crome & uberdata. ]
crome & uberdata is freeware but still need to pay for rom emulator, cable, chip etc.... now i'm confuss between crome & hondata.

is hondata is the best, might as well jst use hondata, since we are using honda right?

but lets say nxt time we change car wanna use back the s300,
can it fit other cars other den honda?
*
hondata can't considered the best, its very similar to crome. all these actually use ur current ecu just with reprogramable chip, but urs is obd1 or obd2? if obd2 then u need buy convertor again. To use back on ur next car will be depending on honda car & obd u get. i think unlikely except u still buy back old honda car, the new civic, integra all k series ecu won't fit.

ehh.. my engine ah?
ehh... not sure wo... LOL..
all i know its a b16a from EG series lo..

btw.. wat u think about unichip ah?

reasonable?
*
eg most likely be obd1.

Unichip? not too sure since didn't research it much. but most honda hardcore, hondata & crome is way to go since it still utilize back ur own ecu. I also prefer hondata and crome since lots of features, can tune till good idling even on Jun 3 cam and it have launch control & full throttle shift, that will be a big plus for drag racing tongue.gif
but for minor mod like exhaust & filter mod, vafc or emanage will be better since much easier to tune.

actually JUN Type 3 can get smooth idle very easy because the primary lobe lift isn't high  tongue.gif

back to Hondata... they just fully utilizing what PGM-FI system could offer.

Honda PGM-FI FTW!
*
soulfly, u prefer higher lift or longer duration cams? tongue.gif

care to explain the difference n wat does it do?
*
The camshaft directly affect the lift and duration of the intake & exhaust valves.
the lift is affect by the height of the lobe in a camshaft.
the duration is affected by eerr how to put in words, the "fatness" of the lobe tongue.gif
usually high lift camshaft produce more power at higher rpm, higher duration peak power usually come 1st.
for me i'll go for higher duration than higher lift camshaft, because this may reduce the chances of valves knocking the pistons.
