Last weekend even more shiok. I was on Federal, going to turn into LDP. Before that, heard a freaking chun sound from the back. Passed by my right instantly. It's a damn chun Ferrari!! (Dunno which model, 355? LOL) Then what made me LOL was, got one wira chasing it!! LMAO! Then another VIOS chased that wira or Ferrari, I don't know. Damn, almost a EG also joined the chase.

On 2nd day, I saw another Ferrari near KLCC again. Wow. Ferrari week.

Moon said he's going. He will drive his "EK9" to get special pass to get in.

Which Type-R? The latest FD Type-R is using same series of engine, the K20A, just highly tuned.

You should use their calculation. 1 litre = 110ps, so the engine has 220ps = 2 litre = 2,000cc.

Well the gear change is shortshift, but the feeling is damn good. It just need to get used to the 6 speed shifting (R on the far right most). Hahaha, quite nice. And it has 6 indicator lights of VTEC REV. It engages at 5800rpm (1st light), then 6200, 6600, 7200, 7600, 8000 (max ps), 8200... eh, something like that.

Hey I heard there's another round in the evening. Was it for dealer or others??? The one I went was for media/press one I think. I got the press kit as well. Do share your pix here, mate. We're not competing here with photo, but VTEC.

Visit the FD Type-R? As if any of our friends here own one?

Yeah I went for the media launch yesterday. The new Lancer looks good on paper to compete with Civic, especially with their pricing. Here's what I remember...

-MIVEC 2.0 DOHC 155ps
-INVEC CVT (Tiptronic gear)
-RISE Chasis
-4 Independent suspension
-18" alloy rims
-Carbon fiber on the dashboard

What else?? Hmm, the car looks nice from certain angle, but the rear still look bad to me. Oh it comes with spoiler I guess.

In Honda world, only F22C or K20AR can satisfy him now.

I haven't really process the pictures... heck, I haven't even process the Type-R & Hybrid launch pix!
Anyway, this car launch is not as grand as the one I saw last year, the new Civic FD launch. That one really is a bang, and by far the best car launch I'd attended.

Not really know much about the gear ratio thingy, but mine one is like this...

5th gear @ 2k rev = 80km/h
5th gear @ 3k rev = 110km/h
5th gear @ 4k rev = 140km/h
5th gear @ 5k rev = 170km/h
5th gear @ 6k rev = 200km/h ??
5th gear @ 6.8k rev = 220km/h (redline) ??

Only managed to reach 180km/h, coz sok chun liao.

How old? We are all legal driver, I hope so.

Moon and JfD should be the Honda VTEC brothers, just like that Initial D's Takahashi brothers, the Rotary brothers. So your role is speeding like mad, then James record from behind. Lets flood the YouTube with your countless speed-play video.

LOL, mine one don't have have VTEC at all, but I still rev like I driving FD2R with 8k rev. Hahaha! VTEC or not, Civic or not, Honda or not, still can come one. It's the driver that gather to TT, not the cars. They drink fuels, not teh tarik.
