IMO it performs most basic functions nicely. All the problems it has now wont even affect us that much.

for me, the only big problem is the "okay google" doesnt work for now.

However, id pick Mi Max 3 over poco any day if Max 3 has slightly faster processor and global version 128gb.

Yeah, it seems not a big improvement from my Redmi note 4, thats why i held back. but dat 5500mah though, damn. I watch alot of movies/drama, so its almost a perfect phone for me, until i realised i multitask on a phone alot too.

Poco is doing it perfectly for me.

after about a week usage, i think all the issues the people found are more or less bearable for me.

The most annoying issue for me is the inconsistency of the touch sensitivity. I realised it when i changed to Full Screen Gesture. Sometimes need to swipe 2-3 times to go back Home Screen. Or maybe im just not used to it.

Also, is anyone using Swiftkey, it's Gesture mode (swipe-left-to-delete-word) function? it doesnt work 8 times out of 10 times. Coming from a long time user of this function, its really annoying that now i have to use backspace for correcting words.

Other than the above, this is a perfect daily driver phone for me. super fast, super smooth, nice voice calling, nice to hold (with the original cover), nice sound, nice gps, nice gaming (although i dont game). at this price, its easily a 9/10 phone.

I have a feeling the sensitivity is imperfect, worse than my old phone. Not sure if it is oversensitive or insensitive. I got used to it though.

May I know what kind of sensitivity issues you're facing?

Scrolling the IG and fb are okay for me. But my screen wake itself sometimes, I don't even have the "raise to wake" on. Usually when I put it into pocket, put it on table, take out from pocket, take off from table. Happens to me 2 out of 10 times.

Another problem is with using SwiftKey, got used to it though.

Get a cover with bumper out above screen level. Can protect corner or screen hitting small rocks when u drop the phone. I never used tempered glass for all my phones. Only casing with bumper. None got broken screen from multiple drops over the years.

I don't use face ID too as I like to peak at messages on the lock screen instead of unlocking it every single time.
