Already multiple reports in XDA saying after updating to MIUI 11,no quick charge and fastboot not able to boot.

I've set my eyes on the next RMX2pro. 35mins 100% charge...sd 855+,12gb ram 256 gb storage.time to hit it.

Losing faith with xiaomi

I send to 2 shops all got spare parts to test out,no respond from the port,same issue,still no quick charge. All 2 shops tested voltage and ampere,all steady and stable.no water damage no burn marks on every parts of my device.

Even the shop owners are as confused as me. Now I send it back to the shop where I got it from,but did not tell them anything about the respond i got from other shops.just wait and see whats their answer.

My port is not detected fastboot by pc and quick charge

Xiaomi sc said. Even if i order from india,is only around rm500. So Xiaomi is obviously blatant trying to short change customers

So for my case is confirmed, is motherboard,another reputable service center just messaged me and confirmed it is a motherboard issue and asking me to fork out 1.3k just to replace the board.

Do you guys think is possible to go to consumer tribunal to lodge a complain against the shop or Xiaomi even though the warranty period expired while I was not in Malaysia.

EDIT: all of this started to happened when I flashed to Miui11 because the technician inspected everything in my phone and said there wasn't water damaged,or even dropped or burn chips in the phone

After almost close to a month of running around looking for shops to diagnose my POCO F1 of not having QUICK CHARGE & FASTBOOT

I can say that the MIUI 11 has rreally screwed up the phone. Despite of the minor issues, the phone is still working as it is but definitely missing the QC and Fastboot is a big disappointment for custom rom flashers like me.

One technician even replaced the USB port, USB board, Charging IC chip, and even went far ahead to diagnose the capacitors and resistors on the motherboard. Nothing came up weird, and he too was just as confused as the same guy I sent to in lowyat.

Thank you MIUI 11. Life CERTAINLY gets HARDER

Yes.but global stock miui11 does not allow downgrade.

Nope not anymore..besides before this I've even tried downgrading back to Miui10.eu,but still nothing happened..but it was just one version difference, so well for now keep using it but must charge with PD charger.

android 10 rolling out now for Poco. official firmware.

Finally managed to boot into EDL mode on my PocoF1.

But unfortunately, even after flashing it back to stock oldest firmware, not solving my quick charge problem. I guess it is indeed a motherboard defect feature. Overcharged, but the phone still runs fine.

But 1 thing I learned from this that EDL need to pay for it, but still within a reasonable amount and can be use to save you quite amount of time and headaches compared to service centers.

my poco f1 now even worse, cannot charge. Can only be charged while plug in and then do a reboot. If pull out the usb cable, need to be restarted again to charge.

Nope not working. This really disappoints me with Xiaomi. Don't know if I should really buy again from them next time.

my phone is f up a long time ago, the usb port is not quick charging unless I used a higher rated watt charger.

Fastboot cannot be accessed.

adb can, but fastboot cannot. Brought to many shops all said is mobo issue.
