Random question - I tried calling PBB CS at 603-2176 8000 using both my mobile (Samsung S7) and my homephone. I reached the menu where it said "For English please press 1 bla bla bla". No matter how many times I pressed "1", it didn't register. After 2 attempts, the menu said "you have reached the maximum number of tries" and I was auto logged out. It happened 3x on each phone, until I gave up and used Skype call on my laptop to make the call. It was OK after that.
Has anyone else encountered a similar problem recently? |

QUOTE(cybpsych @ Nov 3 2018, 06:38 PM) Thank you! It worked!! The number I originally call left me on hold for more than 10 minutes... so I gave up and used your number. Instantly got to CS, and my issue was dealt with in 5 minutes.I called re SST rebates for my principal PBB VS and 9 supps. CS said they will confirm whether all the cards met the spending conditions, and if so, they can process the rebate. Will update when this happens. Annual spending for each card is RM633.25 x 12 hehehe. Hope I can save my RM25 x 10! |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Nov 3 2018, 07:37 PM) 9 supps. Sis, you are truly a champion. You need separate statement, but not necessarily PBE (if they don't need it). You / they will not be able to see their transactions until they show up on statement, but you / they can call CS to enquire. As such, I allowed only RM2k CL for each card, and set all statements to be sent to MY email address. You can add them as "favourite cards" on your PBE for payment, but the system kinda sucks... Have to enter PAC each time and you can't view their outstanding amount. I haven't registered any supp yet because I feel it's inconvenient to register for their PBe. I supposed I wil need a separate billing and PBe for them to enjoy separate cash back quota right? After I faced issue with PBe, I'm thinking twice if I should supp cards to my parents.. For my dependents (i.e. those that I pay the bills for), I didn't bother with PBe. My husband and those who settle their own bills have their own PBE, and statements are sent to them. |

QUOTE(MGM @ Nov 3 2018, 09:35 PM) For VS principle needs rm8000 spending to qualify for rm25 rebate, at 633.25x12 still short of rm400. Thanks for this info. Luckily I have quite a few 11St instalments on top of the monthly 633.25, which should bring the principal over RM8k. Will check what the outcome is in the next few days. |

QUOTE(jiaen0509 @ Nov 4 2018, 08:46 AM) For your guys information, I called PBB CS to request for SST waive. But they told me there is no such thing. SST is government tax. Cannot waive. CS is totally right - the bank can't "waive" the tax. Then I ask, let’s say I spent certain amount this years. Is it possible to request waive the SST next year? He said No too. When I called PBB yesterday, I asked if they could consider giving me a rebate to offset my SST charges give my usage pattern. They said they would review and consider the rebate. |

QUOTE(jiaen0509 @ Nov 4 2018, 11:37 AM) You can always try. Different CS have different story. Same. I responded to your post to share my CS experience in asking for a "rebate" and mine got deleted too, but no idea what rule was broken. This post has been edited by lilsunflower: Nov 4 2018, 02:49 PM |

Just realised I've been a PBB card member since 2011, and I've never managed to accumulate enough VIP points to redeem anything.
Does anyone know if supp card points can be aggregated with principal, or is it a strictly card-by-card redemption basis? |

QUOTE(tifosi @ Nov 12 2018, 12:46 AM) I found out I didn't get W15 rebate. What did you spend on, all BigPay or other merchants? For Week 15, I don't recall any reports of missing cashback for transactions done at that time.First transaction 12.11am Last transaction 12.31am. Anyone having this issue before? |
