Cash back week as of now : Week 9

So means this week MIGHT received Week 10 if progress good

You only gain VIP point out of the cash back category

E.g. Quantum visa cash back for entertainment and departmental
Anything other than those two above will entitle for VIP points

Certain CS will answer differently i must say

In my case, i actually applied using RINGGITPLUS (I know not eligible) last time and reload only BIGPAY for both Quantum Visa & Master

1st time i called CS, a girl picked up, i asked her i had registered for the Take home event for Luggage/shopee RM288 and check for the eligibility
She said she will check and answered me "Yes, based on your statement, you are eligible since you had met the requirement. Your gift will be sent out within 2-4 weeks starting today."
So i answered her "So i really can get the Gift, right?"
She confidently answered "Yes, Mr. Tong, you had fulfilled the requirement"

After 4 weeks... nothing being informed or so

Called a 2nd CS and asked again (Another SHE)
She said sorry, she will inform the team again to check on my case

A 3rd CS called later and said "You applied through RINGGIT PLUS, so not entitle"

That first little girl cheat my feeling

Oh well, I'm trying my luck any knowing the result is 0%


While my wife case is I helped called 3x CS and all said BP not eligible

What the? I reload on 4am on 3rd sept but I didn’t get the cash back for week 10?

So just called CS, she also said depleted by the time i do the transaction..

4am in the morning? whole process 30 minutes and depleted !?

Now asked me to send the OTP (luckily i didn delete) to them for investigation.
