My sister reloaded on 8am get cash back

My wife reloaded on 8am didn’t get cash back

I reloaded on 4:30am didn’t get cash back

This is about RNG now?

I believe in page 3 or 4 there u can see the total amount of cash back you entitle.

Just add on / deduct from there and check biggrin.gif

Pro of statement month is , we can straight know what's our after deduction statement amount

But lucky my MBB statement date is 6th of every month so doesn't really affect much

My wife is 20+ th for her MBB so sometime she just "overpaid" the amount without manually deduct CB of next month

I’m a victim of Week 10 (missing but retrieve after appeal)

UPDATE: My sis reload at 4pm on Monday (10th Sept 2018) did not get cash back. Let see anyone receive cash back after 5pm.
