Just to share. My PBB Statement is 21 Aug. I top up BigPay on 20 Aug through my supp card for the "Spend Now For More" Campaign but the statement today show no transaction at all for my supp card. Very likely go to next month. There goes my RM30 monthly cash back.....

I plan to cancel my quantum visa card since there will be a rm25 ST charge to the card on Sept..Any idea what can i change with just 1000+ vip points on that card? Feel a bit waste if just burn the points like that.

Can it be transferred to other existing card like MBB TP?

Question time:

My friend swiping rm150 in Big Pay cause wanna achieve the Public Bank Take me Home campaign for the Luggage.

I forgot to ask him when he swipe but just now he called PBB and the customer service said that Big Pay swipe is not consider as retail transaction.

Hence he’s not entitled for the luggage requirement until a retail transaction of RM150 being hit next time.

Does this affect the 8x Spend for more campaign?

Cause BP is not retail transaction

Which is weird as my wife's one go tru BP and now waiting for luggage incoming 

Later i try ask the friend when he swipe for that RM150

reload into lazada wallet is accepted. numerous time i did have cash back. store and spend later.

please add netflix to no-cashback for online monthly renewal. Paid almost a year using this card only this month noticed it's not getting CB.

Guys for the above, 12 swipes in the preceding 12 months means a total of 12 usage per 12 months are suficient?? If i use my card mainly on online purchases, does it count??

What actually does the swipe means? nowadays we dont swipe the card any more but we use pin/pay wave right? 

So does it mean i need to use my cards for 12 times in a year to get the waiver?

Just want to ask if it is possible to have a balance transfer to this new PBB Quantum card at 0% interest or  NO one time charge from my existing installment plans from HSBC Amanah?

These installment plans are just big ticket items such as electronics on installment basis until 2019

Please advise.

After increase of credit limit, we just use the existing credit cards as normal, right?  the bank will not re-issue new credit cards, right?

i hav registered gor barry smith luggage promotion (received sms) n alr spent more than rm150 with vs card so what should i do next or when can i receive the luggage?

My quantum cards were approved on 16/8 and now ready for collection at card collection center, now need wait another 10 days as they were suppose to mail me rather than me collecting it. Basically I am off the hook for paying SST until next year August right?

Do you still received PB (DGP) Cashback Bonus using the BP reload? I didn't see my latest 28th statement for both VS & QM.
Is possible PB not consider cashback anymore for BP?

Double checked & re-load PB webpage and right now showed available cashback on the 28th statement. Mean till date PB still good use for BP reload.

All my BP reload using QV eligible for VIP points

RM1 = 1 VIP

Did they removed the annual income limit for PB Visa Signature Card? Can't find the condition from their site.
