my 30Mbps  plan was  159rm  with free voice  calls and Jumbo  Lite on STB.
The  100Mbps plan with  Ultimate  the cost is  129 +30 rm.

curious to know if downgrade to 100mbps + ruby plus is the total monthly rm129 + tax?
Or need extra for the ruby pack?

Need upgrade home hardware about rm 400++ for router and cable, think downgrade is better as not heavy usage.

I first upgrade my 10mpbs to 30mpbs like 3 weeks before. And last week i subscribe to the new 100mpbs plan, stated it will upgrade this week. Got an sms this evening stated i need installation next week but i already got the router, modem and stb like very new. So i dont see the logic that they need to do installation on 17th tho? So i went to the live chat and they said no installation needed since i already got all the new equipment. So why the sms stated i need installation on 17th? 😅😅

I got unifi lite 10Mbps earlier this year, today I checked the unifi portal, it changed to 100Mbps Turbo

Speedtest only shows 30Mbps at best

Live chat agent sold me the Pilot Phase selected customer crap

Was supplied with the TPLINK AC1200 router, could this be the culprit?

Already asked the unifi live agent to reset port, still same no change at all.

Any suggestions?

I recently got turbo-ed to 800Mbps.

I'm getting approximately 80Mbps on 2.4ghz, and about 600Mbps on 5.0ghz. I've tested this on a few devices and it is all returning with about the same speed. I am using ASUS BRT-AC828 router.

My question is, why is there such a difference between 2.4ghz and 5.0ghz?

Why else do you think I'm still up. Before I got turbo-ed, the speed was very consistent on both 2.4 and 5GHz.

Any reference to upload speed for 300mbps turbo?

today i go to tmpoint want to upgrade from 30mb to new package 100mb rm129, the lady at counter said need to to add rm30 because i already have stb, so total price rm159, no eligible to turbo.

Hi guys whats the use of this box? it shows cat5e Lan Cable. I do realise my house got Lan socket in each room. can it be used to connect fibre to it?

. But i think need terminate the wires yrself, just get a rj45 wire crimper then .. cos currently its only wired for telephone...

I recommend u get a gigabit switch to connect all those wire to and leave a spare port for the router at that box.

clause 33 are refering to legacy VIP package

if TM are serious about the clause they can deny the STB.

there is a ruby/aneka/varnam pack on the new 100mbps package, have u actually tried those channels in those package to be viewed on STB directly. *without using the internet streaming?
