HG8240W is gigabyte support. I check on Huawei website, previously having the same issue like you

I manage to check my turbo upgrade on their eligibility check on day 18th July.

No email receives nor SMS till date.

My upgrade falls in between Aug-Dec. If never get the upgrade in between this time frame. I will definitely wrote in to MCMC and flag them in social media
