I been waiting since 1st week of August when the upgrade is made available for trial. They are testing my patience now, I'm looking to drop them a complaint letter very soon.

Otherwise I definitely send a harsh letter to their CEO or Gobind. Bombard them in social media is another way, to show how dysfunction they are.
