I been waiting since 1st week of August when the upgrade is made available for trial. They are testing my patience now, I'm looking to drop them a complaint letter very soon.

Maybe, I will give it a go and call them when I back in Malaysia. Check with network engineer and their respective managers to expedite my case, since they offered me with their named card previously

Otherwise I definitely send a harsh letter to their CEO or Gobind. Bombard them in social media is another way, to show how dysfunction they are.

Live chat and call center agent going no wonder . They are just like a puppet for you to vent your frustration

I signed up on the year 2015 and obtain the upgrade last year Feb 22 to 50mbps.. Waiting here still.. So far we could see loads of 2014 getting

Whether it will happen or not, only TM will know. If it doesn't happen in two weeks time, I will go back and look for her since she said I can look for her.

I will update my case, checking if I get the Turbo to 500 mbps tomorrow. I force them to do an order like you just, its unfair for them to keep me wait and I m paying more than you.

Now at PONR status, hopefully order close properly. Perhaps fruitie you can check your order status for now, if they raise accordingly for you.

Is it? I have to sacrifice my Ultimate though.. She actually wanted to give me RM 30 discount by removing Ruby but system didn't allow her.

Well, I don't know if I will get eventually or any TM Point can do it. Don't take me as an example case.

Hi Fruitie, as I share last night, I force them to raise order for me upgrade. I don't even need to walk down to the store and out of the country at the moment.

Order triggered yesterday night and completed this morning.

That is true, I'm sick and tired of waiting for one month. Live chat agent won't help, based on my judgement . I will say their work is fucking dysfunction

- I been seeing a loads of people upgrade on April 2017 Thank You Campaign. Obtain the upgrade earlier than I was, I felt emotional unstable paying for premium price

- We have a lot review here on staff close our case even complaint to MCMC. It's all depend on how you all twist around the words with them honestly, stay firm with them. Nag until they cannot stand you, what you complaints must be reasonable .

Equipment : Huawei HG8240W/ASUS AC-86U

Here is the result, after asking for a cheeky upgrade .

I did a speed test on different region. i.e Australia, LA, London.
- The speed test cap for download at 130mbps++and UL at around 40-60mbps. Anyone facing the same issue as I.
- Ping would be around 150-205
